The Berliner Philharmoniker - one of the world's best orchestras - have their home at the Berlin Kulturforum!
The buildings Philharmonie Berlin and Chamber Music Hall are architectural highlights. The visitors gain an interesting and comprehensive insight into the architecture and acoustics of the buildings as well as into the history of the Berliner Philharmoniker.
During the concert season, the lunch concerts take place every Wednesday at 1 p.m. Approx. 45 minutes of chamber music at the highest level and unusual catering - that is the idea behind it and for which the best musicians in Berlin were excited. Entry is free, but the number of visitors is limited for safety reasons.
The Ibero-American Institute (IAI) organizes interesting themed evenings with film screenings, lectures and exhibitions.
The Gemäldegalerie offers highly recommended guided tours and themed evenings in the exhibition rooms - also especially for children. The complete program can be found on the website of the Berlin State Museums - Prussian Cultural Heritage.
Every Friday at 3 p.m. there is a guided tour through the building of the Berlin State Library - Haus Potsdamer Straße 33, 10785 Berlin-Tiergarten. The number of participants is limited and you have to register.
